Our assessment

In numerous companies, the required industrial performance is often disrupted by the lack of organisation and/or communication between services, by ill-adapted abilities from collaborators or by non-qualities caused during the production stages.

We also observed that it could be affected by deficiencies on the suppliers and/or subcontractors' part, by the non-conformity of subcontracted elements or by defective logistics flow.

These elements have lead us to create improvement projects to address these issues.
